At the International Astronautical Congress(IAC 2007), held at Hyderabad between 25th -28th September 2007, the capabilities of providing online medical consultation was successfully demonstrated live, using TeleVital's solutions. Dr.Devi Shetty, an eminent cardiologist and CMD of Narayana Hrudayalaya, was able to provide medical consultation and opinions online, vital signs and medical images transferred from remote district hospital at Chamarajnagar, Karnataka and the same being streamed to a team of doctors located at Austria simultaneously. The Satellite connectivity provided by ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization).
